• New Unit Information Form

• New Owner Information Form

• Property Maintenance Form

• Property Management Agreement

 

Payments:

• E- transfer set-up fee to feepayment@casawise.ca

• Retainer (for cleaning, repairs, etc. if applicable)

 

Keys:

• 4 unit keys

• 2 mailbox keys

• Garage door openers (if applicable)

• 4 building keys / fobs (if applicable)

• Parking pass, garbage room key, storage key, etc. (if applicable)

NOTE: If required, Casawise will make key duplicates at $15.00 + GST per key.

 

Documents:

• Proof of ownership (title or tax assessment)

• Copy of insurance certificate

• Direct deposit form

• Bylaws and move-in/out policies and tenant forms (if applicable)

• Floor plans, parking and storage locker plans (if applicable)
